Industry Awards

The AOTMP^® Industry Awards recognize innovation and excellence in the telecom, mobility and technology ecosystem among enterprises and individuals which positively impact the telecom environment and elevate excellence in their business.

You may self-nominate or nominate another individual or team deserving consideration. Service providers and industry vendors may also nominate their customers. Nominations are submitted via online application. Each application requires a written description (1000 words max) explaining why the nominee deserves the award. Case studies, examples, and illustration documents supporting the nomination are encouraged with each submission.

Eligibility

Must be a professional employed by a business or public sector organization supporting their organization’s internal telecom, mobility, and IT technology.

The judging panel will score each submission based on criteria including:

Personal achievement and/or business impact
Innovation and uniqueness of solutions
Creativity exhibited in solving business problems

AOTMP® Engage 2022 COVID Safety Plan

With the return to live AOTMP® events, the AOTMP® team is dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping you safe during any ongoing pandemic conditions. Please see all the measures below that we will be following to ensure everyone’s safety regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

AOTMP® Engage 2022 will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® and as a Marriott property they will uphold the Marriott International – Commitment to Cleanliness.

Out of an overabundance of caution and safety for our attendees, we highly encourage all participants attending the event in any capacity to be vaccinated.

If You Are Sick

If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event then you need to stay home for the protection of all attendees. The AOTMP® team will not be conducting temperature checks at the event. If you don’t feel well, please stay home. Potential COVID-19 symptoms include:

Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

AOTMP® will be adhering to requirements determined by the venue and its local government.

Hand Cleaning

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be available at the venue. By this point, everyone should know that hand washing is important in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Attendee Personal Comfort Level

While many at the event are vaccinated and/or not concerned about the health risks that physical touch may present, we request that attendees, speakers, staff, and sponsors respect the wishes of all attendees and watch for how they have self-identified their comfort level using ribbons on their name badge.

Seating and Spacing

Seating will be spaced with the recommended distance between attendees as determined by the venue and its local government.

Food and Beverage

We will be working with the venue to revise how food and beverage services will be provided to minimize exposure/risk.

Vaccinations

While we strongly encourage our guests to be vaccinated, we are not requiring proof of vaccination at this time.  Out of an overabundance of caution and safety for our guests, the AOTMP® staff is fully vaccinated.
